Shipping policy

we aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. 

once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. 

for US orders, we offer free shipping through USPS and UPS. once in transit, orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. 

for international orders, we ship through UPS or local couriers. all customs duties, taxes, & fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the buyer. these charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, failure to pay customs duties, or refusal of delivery, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. once the item is returned, which may take several weeks depending on the carrier, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment.
